As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC) with over a decade of experience, I empower clients to achieve their personal health goals through customized, flexible, and virtual support. My work spans diverse areas, including managing chronic conditions, supporting mental wellness, and promoting a balanced, fulfilling life. My coaching style integrates active listening, motivational interviewing, and goal setting to help clients implement sustainable lifestyle changes. I draw from a holistic, functional medicine approach, leveraging expertise in nutrition, psychology, and movement practices to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I’ve worked with clients both in-person and remotely via phone, video chat, and asynchronous messaging platforms, ensuring accessibility and adaptability to meet individual needs. My passion lies in creating an inclusive, judgment-free space that empowers clients to define health on their own terms and live authentically as their best selves. I hold an Integrative nutrition health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am nationally board certified through NBC-HWC. I continually strive to expand my knowledge and skill set to better support those I serve.
