As an experienced Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Access consultant, I bring a wealth of skills in project management, education, and policy development to create inclusive and transformative environments. Specializing in intercultural intelligence, disability justice, accessibility and inclusion, and anti-oppression, I approach my work with a strength-based lens and a trauma-informed approach. My own strengths include helping individuals and organizations in creating sustainable growth and development, and building connections across communities. My academic background, which includes a BA (1st Hons) in Education and a QCS in Conductive Education (neuro-rehabilitation) compliments my commitment to communication, conflict resolution, and strategic planning to develop unique learning and growth opportunities that expand potential in all.
