I have a great passion, drive, and determination in me, and this shows in any task I set out to perform. I always go above and beyond and strive for high quality results. I'm a naturally positive person who strives to see the best in any situation- a glass half full person. I am an extremely focused individual who will be an asset to any company due to my desire to succeed. I am a great people motivator, have excellent team player skills and I am well organised and manage my time well. I welcome and embrace change and I’m not afraid to move with the times. I am a fast learner and a dedicated employee who will perform at the highest possible level. I have worked in the public sector since 2009 and prior to that worked in the private sector for various large corporations. I feel all my skills are transferable into other areas to provide maximum benefit to the workplace. In my working life I have gained a vast amount of knowledge via experience and training, and I see myself as a valuable contributor to any department. I have developed good leadership skills through hands on experience and continuous training both in my current role and my previous employment and given the right support will continue to expand my abilities. My background in coaching and leading a team has helped me develop excellent communication skills at all levels and I am used to prioritising workloads, time management and meeting targets & deadlines. I am calm under pressure, and I can apply all my strengths to any situation that I am faced with.
