I am a doer, a seeker of information; I am not afraid to ask questions when I do not understand something. I value mastery of concepts and ideas. I am never bored, if I can help it. I'm known in the workplace for my colorful, complex spreadsheets that monitor everything from grant budgets to deadlines to patient diagnoses and more. Over the years I've discovered my knack for organizing, planning, implementing, evaluating and tracking data and outcomes, and then turning that input into observable results. There's nothing more satisfying than seeing a formula on a spreadsheet morph into tangible change. All of my work experience has required a person-centered, customer service approach to assist people in accessing care and removing barriers. I love to write, and have authored everything from grants, press releases, training manuals, website content, booklets, blog features, and more. My goal is to truly love what I do and to cherish my place in the workforce by combining my natural inquisitiveness, interest in people, and ability to realize and execute meaningful change. I’m self-directed, independent, and also value the diversity and different perspectives that come from working in a team setting. My goal, simply put, is to never dread Mondays.
