I feel that the ideal opportunity to contribute the skills I have gained from my professional experience and diverse background is out there and am searching for a vocation- somewhere to contribute and feel a sense of community as we work together towards our goals- not just a place to help pay the bills. Through my current position I am responsible for product management, merchandising, profit and loss control, guest satisfaction, and personnel development, along with day-to-day productivity and sales. Some of my work-place values are-quality service and hospitality while still upholding and supporting the team -flexibility within structure for innovation and creativity to foster growth -honesty, integrity, transparency, and accountability from the top down -healthy, candid communication -efficiency and time management -organization that lends itself to efficiency I also believe that happy employees make happy customers, that attitude reflects leadership, and that employees should be a business' best customers. Through both professional and personal endeavors, I have gained over 15 years of culinary experience as well as experience in sales, time management, maintaining inventory, teambuilding, communication, customer service, organization, scheduling, and filing. Extracurricular activities have given me experience in management, leadership, organization, communication, event planning, and cultural awareness. My previous work experience has enabled me to further develop culinary, managerial, organizational, and communication skills as well as to work with many people from diverse backgrounds and communities.
