I am an Operations and Experience Manager at heart. I have worked in all kinds of sectors of life but Healthcare and People who need help, will always hold my heart. I have an adaptability gene that I feel makes me unique in how I lead teams and how I look at life. I feel like a jack of all trades. From start ups to big Corporations, I’ve grown so much in the last 10 years. Into who I really am, and how to utilize my skills in my career. I wake up very day wanting to be better than I was before. I have been in leadership roles for years and the most important thing to me has always been my teams. I thrive on their excellence and their determination. I want people to be heard and felt appreciated. Clients, Customers, Patients, Residents, Families and of course Employees. Not one of us works without the other and I enjoy the familiarity and trust within the relationships I build and the lives I (hopefully) change.
