After nearly 24 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, I’ve had the privilege of leading diverse teams through some of the most complex and high-stakes environments, driving mission-critical outcomes and strategic initiatives. As a Medical Group Senior Enlisted Leader, I’ve not only managed day-to-day operations but also spearheaded long-term strategies that enhanced operational efficiency, optimized resources, and improved team cohesion. My experience spans Human Resources, project management, and team leadership—skills that have allowed me to align people, processes, and performance with overarching organizational goals. I’ve successfully led HR initiatives that drove retention, morale, and talent development, while also managing cross-functional projects to improve medical readiness and streamline workflows. This strategic approach has consistently delivered results that positively impacted both team performance and mission success. What excites me most is building and executing strategies that empower people and drive sustainable outcomes.
