About Amanda Franks

I have been building and tweaking my skillset in the Call/Contact Center Industry for 25 years! A quarter century of being your Sales/Customer Service Agent, Quality Coach, Obituary Specialist or Technical Support Agent. You have taught me how to have a thick skin, the art of de-escalating a customer. I have many experiences and stories from working for RmH Teleservices (MCI), NCO Group (Sprint/Nextel), Sun Media, The Marriott, Sutherland Global Services (AT & T) and Concentrix (Nissan). I pride myself in meeting and many times exceeding company goals while offering my best practices. When in a Coach/Mentor position, I always learned something new from the client-coach, coach-team experience. I approached coachable moments to my team by participating in a fun training skits/training sessions, creating newsletters or Knowledge Building Games (Jeopardy/Trivia Pursuit). My best memory was of our committee: creating, developing, and then participating in team building exercises such as The Amazing Race. Are you up to offer me a fun next challenge!
