Hi there! I guess you can call me a “Jack of all trades” when it comes to my work experience. I’ve done a little of everything. I have a creative mind, and I thrive in an office environment. I believe that with social media on the forefront of pretty much everything that those two things go together pretty well. My professional experience began in customer service, and I believe great customer service is the foundation to about 80% of the jobs we do as most positions require you to interact with the public, consumers, and clients. From there I began my administrative journey. I helped out in my Mom’s office on the weekends while she taught class. Answering phones, scheduling appointments, replying to emails and etc. In between that I found joy in photography and graphic design. While my professional experience is limited here, I still pursue photography and graphic design hosting photoshoots for friends and family and creating fliers/creative content and some social media for businesses and I really enjoy doing it. Most recently I managed a team of Administrative Assistants and Managed the daily operations of the firm. I take great pride in building that role, and the team. It’s one of my biggest accomplishments. There was hardly a team when I started, and I was trusted to build the training and procedures for the team, and each persons role. I am a quick learn, and all about furthering my education and experience. I enjoy wearing multiple hats, and multi-tasking. I am good at self-managing, and also being part of a team. Problem-solving is in my blood, along with meticulous attention to detail. While my resume is a plethora of experience. I believe that many of my skills are transferable to all types of positions.
