With many of experience in web content management, optimization, personalization, and analytics, I have successfully led and contributed to multiple projects that increased customer satisfaction, retention, and conversion. I am also a Certified Scrum Product Owner and have earned certifications in Writing for Web and Mobile, UX Fundamentals, and Scrum Product Manager, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and improvement. I collaborate and influence effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and peers across different business units and functions, leveraging my technical writing, CMS, and data analysis skills.
