I very much enjoy being a part of something bigger than myself. Being on a team not only teaches someone to be dedicated and hard-working, but to be willing to work with others for the benefit of the team. You win as a team and lose as a team, and I believe the same is true in businesses as well. I am super friendly, have an upbeat attitude, and love to help others. I hold the belief that one has the ability to decide upon waking up whether they are going to have a good day or a bad day. I always choose to have a good day and try my best to fulfill that hope for the day. This one of the reasons that I choose to be a positive influence on my team rather than a “Debbie downer”. I love interacting with different kinds of people, working in a team environment and am always open to learning new things. Olympus Group definitely increased my experience in time management, space utilization, and indirect customer satisfaction. As a manager at McDonald's, three of the most important things I had definitely expanded on were my tolerance, patience, and adaptability. Kwik Trip has given me some additional experience in time management, customer service, quality control, and multitasking. Guy and O'Neill has given me experience with supervising in a manufacturing environment, time management, and additional quality control.
