I have worked in sales, customer service, and management for over ten years. In my experience of leadership and working with the public, I have gained a better understanding of problem solving, active listening and flexible communication skills. I pride myself in my high level of integrity, adaptability, self-awareness, and continued development. Working with people and learning their individual stories inspires me. I am an active team collaborator and feel confident in taking leadership roles as well as public speaking. Above all, I am passionate about both my personal education and teaching others. My career goal is to take my experience of running a business, working with the public and my training in advocacy to work towards a fulfilling career helping others. I intend to grow in my field so I am able to influence policy (within public or private systems) in the future.
