As a manufacturing associate at Gränges Americas, I collaborated with a diverse and supportive team to produce high-quality aluminum products for various industries, such as automotive, HVAC, and packaging. I operated, maintained, and troubleshooted different machines and equipment, and applied my skills and knowledge in aluminum recycling, which is an important aspect of sustainability and environmental protection. I contributed to the company's mission to create innovative solutions for a circular economy, and supported the company's performance and outcomes. In addition to my work experience, I am pursuing my degree in business administration at MiraCosta College, where I am developing my core competencies in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. I am passionate about learning new skills and exploring new opportunities in the manufacturing field. My goal is to advance my career and make a positive impact on the society and the environment. I balance my work and study commitments, and demonstrate initiative, resilience, and adaptability.
