About Amanda Hall

I’m an experienced educator, facilitator, and strategist with a passion for helping individuals and organizations grow. With over 20 years of experience in training and development, leadership programming, and the performing arts, I bring a unique mix of creativity, structure, and people-first thinking to everything I do. Currently, I work across multiple sectors, including post-secondary education, real estate, and the arts. I lead learning and development initiatives that support leaders at all levels, from new people managers to senior leadership. I’ve built and launched college-wide programs like a new LMS platform, a Foundations of Managing People program, and facilitated professional development tied to distributed leadership, trust, and resilience. I also guide teams through True Colors and Franklin Covey sessions, helping people better understand themselves and their teams. I believe that learning should be experiential, inclusive, and relevant and I design everything I do with that in mind.
