As the Precision Medicine Director at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, I play a pivotal role in integrating personalized medicine into our healthcare practices. My responsibilities encompass strategic leadership, program development, operational management, stakeholder engagement, data analytics, education, and talent management. I develop and execute strategies that align with our organization's goals, ensuring that precision medicine initiatives improve patient outcomes.
