About Amanda Hare

I am a motivated, outgoing and positive person - I love to be challenged and try new things! At work I get a real charge out of assisting my clients and colleagues. With over 17 years experience in customer-facing service and support roles, both consumer and B2B, I comfortable dealing with clients from consumer to executive level, in any situation. I have experience in recursive training, quality call monitoring, creating and presenting reports to clients, lead generation, prospecting and managing a book of business of about 250 dedicated clients (B2B), escalated technical support and customer service situations, and have experience performing many team lead and supervisory duties. I am fluent in both French and English, and am comfortable corresponding verbally or in writing in either language. When it comes to life outside the office, I am passionate about photography. I shoot primarily natural light portraiture - individual, family, newborn, maternity, boudoir and artistic expression pieces. I enjoy playing and coaching softball, kickboxing and fundraising through sports for causes such as Children's Mental Health, AED Devices, Cancer (primarily testicular/prostate and breast).
