About Amanda Harris

I am a highly motivated, confident, energetic and very determined, goal orientated individual who enjoys challenging myself and achieving goals. Currently working at Head Office level and manage a large part of the national Customer Service Department. Liaising with Corporate insurance clients, Franchise management as well as the direct public consumers where my RE1 Certificate (2014) exceeded my knowledge in motor insurance claims. My passion lies with problem solving and strategizing with the OPS Executive team at Head Office level in implementing processes, systems or workflows to increase Customer Service Index with a High Quality Service standard in the overall group. Being highly skilled in customer service and with a collective of 19 years experience with all types of client liaison, from internal insurance sales/call center sales to external corporate sales I've managed to start and grow a brand new Customer Service position into a fully functioning department where I enjoy coaching, training, quality assessing and managing my own team. I also enjoy getting involved in hosting and arranging marketing projects and internal motivational/team building events to create a balance to my social nature which is why I was voted as Social Committee Chair. When the day becomes too quiet I become frustrated, so I found a need in my organization for a Health & Safety Coordinator and have since taken it upon myself to improve many aspects in the company regulations and Health & Safety standards and have now been certified and officially appointed as OHS Coordinator over and above my additional roles.
