About Amanda High

Amanda High is a senior nonprofit leader with over 30 years of experience leading high impact community and economic development initiatives in the United States and abroad. Her skills include program design and implementation, strategic planning and resource development, and investor and philanthropic relations. She most recently served for 10 years as the Chief Impact, Development and Innovation Officer for Reinvestment Fund, a national Community Development Finance Institution. In this role, she was responsible for managing the interconnection of strategic resource development, data driven impact, program innovation, and partnership and investor development, reflecting the organization's commitment to equity. Prior to Reinvestment Fund, Ms. High served as the Head of Resource Mobilization at the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), an organization working across Africa to help millions of small-scale farmers and their families lift themselves out of poverty. Her career also includes service with the National Philanthropic Trust and the American Red Cross in Asia and Africa. Ms. High completed master’s degree coursework in Economics and International Affairs at the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
