Owner and operator of Pure Barre Chattanooga- East Brainerd and North Shore. Pure Barre is an unparalleled workout technique that fuses elements of ballet conditioning, pilates and yoga into an intense 55 minute group session. Helping my clients gain strength, flexibility and confidence is precisely what makes me love my profession. As well as owning and operating my two Chattanooga area studios, I work for Pure Barre Corporate as a Regional Master Teacher Trainer, helping spread the Pure Barre love and technique throughout the Eastern region of the States. I've spent my lifetime active in a myriad of exercise techniques including; gymnastics, yoga, soccer, weight training, cycling and running, but nothing has enhanced my overall health and wellness like the Pure Barre technique. Growing two small businesses from inception has allowed me to pair my strengths in leadership, salesmanship, and finance with my passion for health and wellness and working with people.
