About Amanda Holtz

People Power: From working in many different fields I am adept at dealing with people from policy driven professionals to the growing mind of a young child. Because of working in many positions from entry level up to management I have learned to cope with stressful situations. In one of my previous roles I was able to take the opportunity to enhance my people power by taking classes to expand my abilities to communicate with all the learning styles and ages. Management and Organizational Skills: I feel that these two aspects go hand in hand. When working in any of the situations on my resume I found that having great organizational skills helped me to be a better example to my coworkers and those who reported to me. I feel that while staying organized it too keeps my personal management tasks in order to help me accomplish what I set out to do. I feel another great aspect of my management skills are knowing when mistakes are okay and when you can use that information to learn and grow.
