With 24 years in banking, my career began on the front lines, where I developed a deep understanding of customer needs and supported clients through complex and often difficult situations. This foundation shaped my leadership approach as I progressed to managing multiple teams across diverse functions, building and sustaining high-performing teams in dynamic environments.I have led and supported organizations through multiple large-scale banking transformations, including two major banking transitions. Thirteen years ago, I contributed to one of TD’s largest initiatives—the MBNA/TD transition—and have since worked on highly complex programs, including the decommissioning of a partner bank and significant enterprise technology transformations.For the past seven years as a Change Manager at TD, I have specialized in leading change initiatives within Platforms and Technology, with a focus on the Fraud Product Protect platform and its stakeholders across Canada. My work centers on driving technology adoption, mitigating change risk, and ensuring operational reliability throughout transitions.Leveraging Prosci®, Lean Change, and CCP certifications, I partner across all levels of the organization to deliver effective change strategies that balance delivery momentum with change saturation. I am passionate about guiding teams through complex transitions, advocating for stakeholders, and shaping practical strategies, tactics, and communication plans that enable sustainable adoption while aligning with business objectives.
