Previous to Aspire I contracted for Verify Europe whose primary focus is providing supplier quality, supply chain management and technical support solutions to quality critical industries throughout Europe My role within Production Support is to provide resourcing solutions for our clients across Europe; utilising existing contractors as well as recruitment for new talent, primarily within Aerospace. This includes roles within quality and manufacturing, such as quality engineers, mechanical inspectors and manufacturing engineers. Previous to this I specialised in permanent commercial office recruitment for Blue Arrow. I managed a successful perms desk with an existing database of loyal clients and also focus on new business development. I recruited for both large corporate clients as well as small businesses achieving the prestigious award of Consultant of the Year in 2008 and 2009.
