With over 9 years of diverse work experience, I am a senior service delivery leader at The Precisionists, Inc.(TPI), a company that creates meaningful employment opportunities for neurodiverse adults. I am passionate about empowering my team members to excel in a professional setting, and providing them with training, coaching, and motivation. I also partner with senior leaders at TPI and Erie Insurance, our client, to discuss business growth and opportunities, and to present monthly metrics and reports. I am driven by the mission of TPI to create a more inclusive and diverse workforce, and to leverage the unique talents and perspectives of neurodiverse individuals. In my current role, I lead a team of neurodiverse consultants who provide data analysis, quality assurance, and software testing services for Erie Insurance. I am responsible for managing the project lifecycle, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I use my communication, resolution planning, and customer service skills to foster strong relationships with various stakeholders, from peers and management to clients and vendors. I also use my excel and analytical skills to monitor the project progress and performance, and to generate regular reports for the executive leaders.
