I am an accredited executive coach (PCC with the International Coach Federation), with over a decade of experience coaching leaders, senior managers and high performers coaching hours), helping them to gain greater clarity, unlock their true potential and develop their leadership skills.I have a particular specialism in working with individuals seeking to identify real purpose & growth, those in transition to new roles and Women. I am passionate about coaching women for success, helping them to thrive and take on leadership roles.With a background in Psychology, I have been coaching clients across Europe for the last 13 years. Industry experience includes professional services, banking, consultancies, technology, pharmaceutical, media, healthcare, education & sport. Clients include Deloitte, Bank Of America, Eversheds Sutherland, UK Sport & BUPA.I work alongside clients to strengthen capacity, maximise strengths and focus on enhancing personal leadership.
