About Amanda Katz

Hi, I’m Amanda!I am a dedicated sales professional with strengths in customer service, time management, and trend tracking. Skilled at uncovering real needs, building strong partnerships, and keeping projects on track. Skilled communicator with a strong background in training and development. Lifelong learner, committed to excellence and streamlining processes. My approach to work is grounded in positivity and collaboration. I believe that true happiness comes from helping others, and I strive to inspire those around me with my energetic and organized mindset. I value teamwork immensely, knowing that listening to and collaborating with others with different expertise enriches our collective knowledge and fosters growth.Along the way, I’ve earned recognition such as Employee of the Year at StyleCraft Homes and Rookie of the Year in 2022 from The Homebuilding Association of Richmond. I’m a huge fan of the Oxford comma (because clarity matters!). One of my favorite quotes is, “You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with,” by Jim Rohn. I strive to surround myself with motivated, like-minded people who inspire others. When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors, sipping iced lattes, or planning my next adventure.
