In private practice since 2005 in Salem, MA as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Zero Balancing practitioner and teacher. Clients come to see me to release pain, move better, feel better and enjoy life. Zero Balancing is deeply restorative and a wonderful, versatile tool for pain and stress relief, for injury recovery and prevention, and for body-mind integration and personal growth. I have over 20 years experience helping clients recover from injuries, pain conditions, post-surgical soft tissue conditions, sciatica, concussion symptoms, digestive issues and other conditions. From 2006-2019, I practiced as part of a clinical team at GE Aviation in Lynn, MA, using massage therapy and Zero Balancing to help employees recover from work-related injuries.* Since 2012 I've been teaching Zero Balancing touch therapy to health care practitioners and those interested in the body's innate power to restore balance and heal. I had the good fortune to study with ZB founder Dr. Fritz Smith since 2004 until he passed in 2024. I currently offer in-person and online classes in Zero Balancing.
