About Amanda Kook

After relocating internationally and taking time to build a new life abroad, I re-entered the workforce in Germany as a fully remote Executive Assistant to the CEO of a growing software company. The role has allowed me to rediscover and expand my strengths in communication, coordination, and team support — all while balancing life as a mom of two and integrating into a bilingual, cross-cultural environment. Over the past 2.5 years, I’ve become the person people turn to when something needs to get done — whether it’s planning a team summit, helping a new hire feel welcome from day one, creating internal resources and policies, or stepping in to support the CEO with communication and project follow-up. I take pride in being proactive, dependable, and easy to work with — someone who brings structure, motivation, and care to every task. I'm especially passionate about health, wellness, and living an active lifestyle — whether that’s running, strength training, or simply making mindful choices that support long-term well-being. I love encouraging others — from friends and colleagues to my own kids — to explore what healthy living can look like for them. This personal passion often shows up in my work too, through a focus on connection, motivation, and creating a positive, supportive environment wherever I go.
