About Amanda Kubale

With a love for creativity and more specifically branding, I am the Managing Director at The Clearing, a London based brand agency that helps brands create clear defendable territory. I lead a team of talented strategists, designers, writers, technologists, and client managers - and know that the best work can only be realised if our clients are treated as a part of the team too. I got into this line of work because I love design, but also business, and I couldn't choose between the two. A perfect day for me is solving strategic problems, pushing the creative process and finding new and creative ways to keep a team wanting to give their best every day. A hate inefficiency, laziness, average work and people that don't think they have anything more to learn. I'm not good at standing still (metaphorically and physically!)
