An effective and results-oriented Instructional Designer who has a passion for designing engaging high-quality learning experiences for diverse populations. A lifelong learner with 18 years of professional experience designing, developing, and measuring the effectiveness of retainable learning using data analysis techniques while prioritizing the needs of the learners. I’ve developed eLearning and instructor-led training resources - I create learning experiences based on adult learning principles that will meet your company's needs and expectations. I begin with a needs analysis, as well as develop objectives to ensure the learning will solve the problem at hand. Using a backward design approach, I craft assessment questions to ensure learning remains focused and organized. I collaborate with SMEs to acquire the needed information, as well as determine the appropriate tools to utilize to complete the project- I’ve always had a passion for learning and I knew from a young age I wanted to help others learn. Throughout my career as an educator, I fell in love with developing curriculum. I love using my creative mind to take content and present it in a way that is understandable and produces a high level of retention.
