About Amanda Kunz

I have been in the healthcare industry (insurance) for 12 years. I have experience that ranges from customer service, processor, supervisor and business analyst. I spent many years as a customer service representative which provided me insight as to what our consumers were needing and experiencing. I was able to apply that knowledge as a supervisor and lead a team to understand the consumer needs. while maintaining a professional environment to handle each situation with compassion and grace. In my current role as a business analyst I have been able to dissect and review ideas and enhancements that would benefit both the business and our consumers. I work regularly to determine the values and business needs as well as reviewing and analyzing the data to build a case(s) as to why the update is important. I have had success in implementing high dollar savings projects which benefited both business and the consumers.
