As a Finance Leader, I drive transformational change to optimize delivery processes and identify synergies and opportunities that add significant value and savings across an organization. With a unique combination of business acumen, technical expertise, and operations, I oversee the financial operation and controls of Expense COE, Treasury COE, Accounts Receivable COE, Corporate Accounting, Data Governance, and business analytics. Leading enterprise change management activities, including M&A, I guide organic and inorganic growth to drive company values. As the business sponsor / owner of all finance systems including Oracle eBusiness Suite, I direct continuous business process improvements, including finance system transformation projects to build a global general ledger and shared service model. I am known for mentoring and leading high-performing teams who are able to navigate complex challenges and achieve targeted outcomes.
