For the past six years I have been working in the staffing and recruiting industry. I enjoy this industry because I get to take care of my clients needs with my candidates desires. It is a challenging and competitive industry which allows me to continue to grow each and every day. Previously, I had 6 years of Sales Management experience at a results driven company. Not only did I recruit, hire, and develop a successful sales team, I also promoted individuals to various sales management roles. All of this was achieved in a working manager position where sales goals were met and exceeded on a continuous basis. I have ample experience of speaking in front of large crowds, familiar and unfamiliar groups and organizations, and leading training sessions with 2-20 people. I have a heart for helping people rise above their circumstances. Our circumstances do not have to determine our path in life. I believe through community and a little belief we can rise above! I also take pride in work life balance. I am the mom to an intelligent, thoughtful, loving, fearless, feisty, little girl. I believe in working hard while at work so I can give her my all when I am home. Learning to balance life is one of the greatest keys to success and happiness!
