Amanda’s successful longevity throughout decades of real estate cycles and closing many transactions is a testament to her resiliency and ability to adapt to changing market conditions. She navigates the entire process with care and discretion making the transaction smooth, pleasant, and stress free. Amanda began her career in 2004 at the young age of just 21 as an assistant to one of Jacksonville Florida’s best realtors at Coldwell Banker. After getting her feet wet and learning the ropes, she was moved into a Closing Coordinator position assisting 45 realtors with closing their transactions. Amanda was later offered an opportunity to work as a rep with New Home Warranty providing Jacksonville’s finest builders buyers with a warranty after the closing of the home. She then went on to work for Jacksonville’s Top realtor at the time with Re/Max as the Office Manager assisting in listing and closing 75+ homes at a given time. After getting her real estate license, Amanda's extensive background in Real Estate helped her to be more informed and successful.
