About Amanda Lopizzo

For as long as I can remember, I have excelled at connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds, and transferring knowledge. I have a positive outlook on work, and life, and carry it with me in all that I do. I also set high standards for myself, and I work diligently to achieve them. These professional qualities are key reasons for my success at RBC since I started in 2004. Within 2 years of joining the organization, a leader selected me to be a mentor for other Client Service Representatives (CSR), provide administrative and operational support and serve as a privacy officer for the branch. I also completed a Business Administration program with a focus on Human Resources. Throughout my different roles, I applied this knowledge when completing many administrative tasks, and I often assisted the Human Resources department. Over the years, several more challenges (and promotions) followed, and I have learned from each experience. I find coaching and training employees very rewarding, and I refined these skills when I oversaw training for over 350 CSRs to complete the National CSR Training Program and oversaw staff at three different branches as a Management Client Care Trainee. For my most recent role, I stepped outside of my comfort zone to learn more in-depth banking, credit and investment knowledge as a Banking Advisor. In 2018, I earned two quarterly performance awards.
