Over time, my work has naturally evolved into a specialized focus on labor and wage compliance, where I consistently deliver clarity, consistency, and risk mitigation at scale.Today, my role centers on prevailing wage compliance, Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) requirements, and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) labor compliance, supporting projects and operations across the Quanta Services organization. I work closely with leadership, legal, payroll, and field teams to translate complex federal, state, and local labor regulations into practical, executable processes that support compliance without slowing operations.I have a proven ability to identify compliance risk early, develop sustainable policies and controls, and guide teams through audits, enforcement actions, and evolving regulatory requirements.
