About Amanda MacDonald

My primary skills are self-taught and self-maintained. Organizational skills, excellent customer/client relational and assistance skills, as well as communication skills. I also have excellent knowledge in computers, both hardware and software that is self-taught, though currently primarily unused in my current field of work. I also pride myself in my ability to diligently problem solve and seek out any necessary information when I find I am lacking it. Most of my job experience has revolved around customer relations and product management, whether that was processing, inventory, stocking, maintaining, etc. This is what taught me to cultivate my exceptional organization skills. Both for simplification and easy work-flow, and for quality and time management purposes.
