I'm a teacher at heart—whether I’m guiding a student, supporting a client, or helping a team build better systems. With over 15 years of experience in education, training, and support roles, I bring a unique mix of structure and heart to everything I do. My background in special education taught me how to meet people where they are, break down complex goals into manageable steps, and celebrate progress—no matter how small. I carry that same approach into every project, workflow, and team I support. I'm known for creating spaces where people feel comfortable asking questions, solving problems, and building confidence. Agile & Scrum (CSM Certified): Even before I had the title, I supported team retrospectives, sprint planning, and daily check-ins. I help teams stay on track without losing sight of what matters most: the people and the purpose behind the work.
