Experienced Process & Manufacturing Engineer with over 8 years delivering large-scale engineering, logistics, and continuous improvement projects in high-tech and automotive industries — including Intel’s semiconductor operations in Ireland and Fiat Automobiles FCA’s powertrain plant in Brazil. Currently working onsite at Intel (via DB Schenker), where I lead logistics process improvements and systems integration across spare parts management, silicon material flows, and WIP transfers between fabs, supporting the ramp-up of Fab 34 and the introduction of warehouse automation and capital investment projects. I bring a hands-on, system-level and data-driven approach to: • Defining and validating process/system requirements • Warehouse layout & logistics process optimization • Coordinating cross-functional projects with engineering, software, and quality teams • Integrating automation into cleanroom & GMP-compliant environments • Leading verification activities (UAT, time studies, KPI dashboards) • Designing workflows and exception handling to optimize performance Academic background: Bachelor’s in Production Engineering, Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management, Certificate in Artificial Intelligence. Currently pursuing a part-time MSc in Data Analytics (expected May 2026), strengthening my ability to combine engineering expertise with advanced data-driven decision-making.
