About Amanda Matejicek

Out of the frying pan and into the fire. A saying that well describes my approach to life, learning, and growth. I do not take the easy road. I accept challenges that have me feeling a little terrified and do so with the courage and knowledge that good change and growth are tough, yet so rewarding and fulfilling. Through the past 20 years of my development from my PhD through my increasing leadership responsibilities, I’ve learned the secret, most significant ingredient to Jedi success – people! Resonant relationships, collaboration, and communities that support us, guide us, and challenge us are fundamental for human evolution. I am fascinated by the human mind – the emotional, rational, social and biological system – and the social system that creates meaning and purpose for our existence. We are all wired differently, and we are all interconnected through the larger ecosystem. My passion comes alive through my work integrating neuroscience, interpersonal neurobiology, behavioural and emotional science in the service of our collective growth. I thrive when I work with my clients to create organizations where we can all bring our best value regardless of our neurotype, gender identification, sexuality, race, culture or ethnicity. I am a courageous and compassionate leader, advisor, coach, and most importantly a connector of dots, ideas, and people. Find out for yourself, let’s do great work together!
