I serve as the primary business contact for existing customers and am responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction. I consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent the customer needs and goals within my organization to ensure quality. In addition, I build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business opportunities and serve as the primary point of contact for day to day issues. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Identify the customers’ needs and respond to better ensure closing the sale. • Extensive follow up with customers to create rapport, identify key issues, educate on product knowledge, trouble shoot product preparation issues and build trust creating repeat sales. • Answer incoming calls and respond or delegate as needed. • Schedule calls in a timely manner to maintain contact with customers. • Ensure that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner. • Treat every customer as though they are my only customer. • I possess strong organizational skills and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction. • I am goal oriented, a team player, and possess a positive attitude in whatever I am doing.
