About Amanda McGregor

I am a commercially focused partnerships leader with more than fifteen years’ experience driving growth, innovation, and impact across higher education, corporate, government, and community sectors. My career has been built on designing and delivering strategic partnerships that create measurable value for organisations, enhance learning outcomes, and strengthen brand and market presence. As Director of Strategic Partnerships at UTS Transdisciplinary School, I have expanded our partner ecosystem by more than percent, cultivating a network of over 2,350 individuals from 1,150 organisations. I established and scaled new revenue areas in enterprise learning and short courses and have consistently exceeded revenue targets year on year. These achievements reflect my ability to build robust pipelines, negotiate complex, multi-year agreements with C-suite leaders, and deliver sustainable commercial growth. My work has been recognised nationally and internationally. I was a principal recipient of the Australian Award for University Teaching in Educational Partnerships and Collaborating with Other Organisations, and my team won the UTS Vice Chancellor’s Career and Professional Development Award for an innovative professional experience program designed during the COVID-19 lockdown. I also led the creation of scalable partnership models that underpin award-winning programs such as the Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation, which delivers outstanding graduate employment outcomes and has since been globally licensed.
