About Amanda Nagel

Through my work experience in customer service as well as shadowing and assistanting in the real estate business/process I have learned many transferrible skills that will help me in all my endeavors. I have successfully de-escalated conflicts with customers, helped resolve issues and complaints, became proficient in microsoft word and excel, learned time management skills, improved my skills in negotiation and communication, and most of all became confident in my capabilities. Additionally my volunteer work has taught me many leadership skills as well including how to plan and execute ideas, community involvement, persuasion, compassion, and empathy. I am ready and excited to take these skills with me in all my future opportunities!
