I have been an administrative investigator since 2001. I began with the Internal Investigations Unit at Corrective Services. I progressed to the Senior Investigator position and then later became the Death In Custody expert. After several years I left Corrective Services for the State Ombudsman as a Principal Investigator. In 2011 I began my own investigation firm, NGS, which caters for the whole of public sector via the Common Usage Agreement administered by the Department of Finance.
