About Amanda Ng

With over 20 years of experience in project management, I am a seasoned professional who can deliver complex and high-quality projects on time, on budget, and on scope. My core competencies include risk management, tender management, and infrastructure project management. I have a master's degree in project management from the University of Science, Malaysia, and I have worked with AECOM Singapore, a global leader in engineering, design, and construction, for ten years. As a Project Controller at AECOM Singapore, I reported directly to the Country Leader and oversaw the contracted risks and control measures for the projects undertaken by the company. I collaborated with digital, quality, and finance teams to implement Project Execution Review, a tool to improve project health and performance. I also managed the invitation to tender process and ensured compliance with the company's policies and procedures. Some of the projects that I have contributed to include institutional, commercial, retail, and residential projects, as well as interior fit-outs for luxury brands. I have developed and applied my skills in project risk assessment, invitation to tender, and infrastructure project management in these projects.
