Oh, hello there! Fancy meeting you here. I’m a Payroll Professional that thrives on a good ol’ balanced payroll run. I love helping my clients by answering their queries, furnishing requested reports, and committing to payroll best practices. I want my internal and external customers to have an all-around positive experience with me. I embarked in payroll in 2014 after departing retail and going to an admin and payroll position in my hometown. Once I got my hands on entering and balancing all things payroll, I was hooked! The fortunate part was, I still got to use my customer service background, which I exceed at. By the end of 2016, I was self-studying for the American Payroll Association’s (APA) FPC Exam. In April 2017, I took the exam and attained my Fundamental Payroll Certification. I take time each month to heighten my payroll knowledge by attending webinars and following updates from the APA, IRS, and State Regulations. When I am not being a Payroll Professional, I am watching Parks & Rec reruns, reading books and listening to music of all genres. I enjoy spending time with family, watching baseball, and eating pizza.
