I’m a dedicated and passionate nurse with a strong focus on cardiology. With 4 years of valuable experience in the acute hospital setting, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table. I have specialised mainly in cardiology as well as general medical wards, and I have also completed a short stint in the emergency department and CCU. I am an effective communicator capable of building strong relationships with colleagues, patients and families. Cardiology has always held a special place in my heart. I am fascinated by the workings of the cardiovascular system. I thrive in high pressure environments and excel in managing in a stressful situation, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients. I am a versatile nurse and possess a diverse range of nursing skills that allow me to provide high quality, evidence based and comprehensive care. I pride myself in my ability to work harmoniously with all of the multidisciplinary team. I am eager to join a dynamic healthcare organisation that values growth, innovation and education. I aspire to expand my horizons in the field of nursing. Two areas that captivate me are a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Cardiology and GP practice nursing. I am motivated and hard working and am committed to furthering my education. I am currently working as a telehealth nurse/injury management consultant with Cogent Thinking, helping and supporting individuals who have injured themselves at work.
