I am a Kinesiologist with over two years of experience in clinical kinesiology, and exercise and mobility programs. I work at Lifemark Health Group, one of Canada's leading providers of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, where I collaborate with Physiotherapists and other health professionals to deliver personalized and evidence-based care to diverse clients.My passion lies in helping individuals cope with chronic pain and illnesses, such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and diabetes, by designing and implementing tailored exercise and mobility programs that improve their quality of life and functional abilities. I also hold a Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Therapy from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada, which enables me to apply gentle and holistic techniques to restore the balance and harmony of the body's systems. I am an active member of the Alberta Kinesiology Association and hold several certifications related to my field of practice.I am enthusiastic about contributing to the field of clinical kinesiology and leveraging my skills to make a positive impact on people's lives. I am known for my friendly and approachable demeanour, and the ability to establish meaningful practitioner-client bonds. Building trust, empathy, and reliability with patients has consistently resulted in successful outcomes and positive feedback.
