About Amanda Perkins

As an Facilities Manager at CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, I oversee the daily operations and maintenance of multiple facilities for clients across various industries. I manage a team of technicians, contractors, and vendors, ensuring that all work orders, inspections, and audits are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. I also coordinate with the facilities manager and the client representatives to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures for the facilities. I have a strong background in customer service, communication, and leadership, which I developed through my education in psychology at Purdue University Fort Wayne and my certifications in Women Helping Women Succeed in the Workplace and Improving Your Focus. I am passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing my team members, as well as promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. I am always looking for new ways to improve the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of the facilities, and to deliver exceptional service to the clients.
