About Amanda Petersen

Previously I was a Service Coordinator at ePlus. I worked closely with our fantastic Service Engineers as well as our amazing Sales Team to quickly and efficiently provide technical services for our customers. I worked with/on project management paperwork, order flipping, SOWs, PO's and Invoices. I made sure all the projects were set up in our software system so that we can monitor the budget (both hours and dollars). I efficiently monitor the process from project creation to final invoices, so that our engineers have the resources they need, so ultimately our customers have everything they need. Previously, I was the Recruiting Coordinator for NC State's MBA Program. I worked with companies and students alike, and my goal was to allow students to meet as many companies representatives as possible and vice versa for our companies. I worked to set up great networking events, Career Fairs, Interviews, and many other events for our program, as well as work with databases, statistics and reporting for our program. Most of my Jobs consisted of office manager or administrative assistant positions. I am very experienced with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I am also very experienced with Quickbooks. I have used Access, Sales Force, and Symplicity along with many different software that are similar. I have studied many facets of Supply Chain and Business Operations, including Logistics, Inventory Management, and Forecasting at NC State University. While there I was an active member of the Supply Chain club and attended APICS meetings.
