About Amanda Poh

Amanda (she/her) is a Vancouver-based product designer interested in crafting digital experiences at the intersection of identity, vulnerability, well-being, and community. With a background in product design, human-centered design/research, and strategy, she’s had the opportunity to create impact at distinguished agencies and tech companies across Vancouver, San Francisco, and New York. In working with celebrated brands in tech, fashion, and sportswear, she’s led designers and business executives alike in translating visions to tangible products and services. Her approach is founded on the works of activists and scholars that advocate for the destigmatization and support of mental health, gender/racial equity, and trauma-informed practices; areas that she strongly identifies with as someone living with chronic illness. Looking forward, Amanda hopes to continue fostering spaces for reflection, self-awareness, learning, and equity.
